Display Kitchen With Front Bar Layout Plan
• In general, displayed kitchens separate the service area from the kitchen area with a glass front where you can see the cooking line and the preparation of food, this generates a high level of confidence with the restaurant users.
• A 30″x84″ stainless steel support table, located behind the cooking line, with a double shelf with heater to keep food at temperature while being served.
• The front preparation table contains two bain-marie trays, ideal for keeping sauces and other food finishing products at a warm temperature. And next to it, a refrigerated preparation table.
• The cooking line of this proposal contains two fryers, a 36″ stand table with a 36″ flat griddle and a space for a convection oven.
• At the back right, a small preparation area, and next to it a simple washing area, where I forgot to place at least one storage section.
